Terms of Service

1. The service

ParentLINK is a school management and parent engagement platform provided by JedRey IT Solutions, Sariaya, Quezon, Philippines. These terms govern use of the platform by subscribing schools and by the parent, teacher, and administrator accounts those schools create.

2. Subscriptions and trial

A demonstration is provided free of charge and without obligation. A school may then run a 30-day pilot, limited to an agreed grade level and user count, at a rate quoted in writing beforehand. Continued use after the pilot requires a subscription under a quote issued to the school, billed on school-year terms. Quotes are fixed for the term; within the plan a school selects there are no per-message or per-user fees. Onboarding is charged separately as a one-time fee.

3. Accounts

Schools are responsible for the accuracy of the student and section records they upload and for issuing invite codes only to a student's verified parents or guardians. Account holders must keep credentials confidential and use the platform only for school communication purposes.

4. Acceptable use

Users may not attempt to access records outside their own scope, harass others through messaging, post unlawful content, or interfere with the operation of the service. Schools may suspend accounts that violate these rules; we may suspend access to protect the platform or its users.

5. Data

The school owns its data. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. On termination, the school receives a full export and data is deleted within 60 days.

6. Availability and support

We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Support is provided on school days, with priority response and same-day handling of emergencies for subscribed schools.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the subscription fees paid by the school for the current term. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms with notice to subscribing schools; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Either party may terminate at the end of a subscription term. Schools may terminate early for material breach that remains uncured after 30 days' notice.

9. Governing law and contact
